The staff are super nice. The maintenance person is very skilled. He changed the garbage disposal very quickly; it works just fine. They really take care of the apartments by changing the A/C air filter regularly; and shampoo cleaning the carpet regularly. The roads and lawns are well maintained. It is nice to live in G&R apartments.
